Two findings worth keeping. (1) The register's own "Copyright" link is dead (hse.gov.uk/copyright.htm returns 404); the live statement is at /help/copyright.htm and states OGL. Recorded from the live page. (2) Individuals as well as organisations appear as defendants — personal data, published lawfully by the regulator, but any collection must respect the publisher's own retention.
