Request records are kept while the dataset is unbuilt and for 12 months after it ships, so we can tell you it exists. Analytics are kept in aggregate.
Email privacy@recordbase.co and we will delete your request records and unsubscribe you. You can also unsubscribe here. We answer erasure requests ourselves — there is no ticketing system to get lost in.
This is an early-stage project. If something here is unclear or wrong, the same address reaches a person.
